Mr. Baity has represented criminal defendants in Federal and State Courts for more than 35 years. He is active in General Sessions, Magistrate and Municipal courts (primarily in York, Lancaster and Chester counties).
He handles both misdemeanor and felony charges. He was co-counsel for the defendant in the Billy Wayne Cope murder trial that was featured on the Dateline NBC news broadcast. He frequently represents clients in drug possession cases, Domestic Violence and Juvenile cases.
