Mr. Baity has practiced in Family Court for 40 years, representing clients in divorce, separation, child custody/support/visitation, alimony and equitable apportionment cases. He has represented plaintiffs, defendants, children and third parties in domestic cases.
He is frequently appointed as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the interests of children in contested cases. Domestic Law comprises the majority of Mr. Baity's current caseload.
